     When will I receive my order?

     All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or during bank holidays.

     After being processed, orders usually take 1-3 business days to arrive at their destination inside the Netherlands, 2-6 business days to other European countries, and 5-10 business days to the US.

 

     Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed just before checkout. For orders within the Netherlands, the shipping fee is €4.95.

For other destinations:

• Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: €10,50
• Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom: €14
• United States: €22.50

Our primary carrier is PostNL, with DHL as a secondary option. You receive free shipping on orders over €50 within the Netherlands and over €90 within Europe.

     Shipment confirmation & order tracking

     You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

      Every shipping has a Track & Trace so you can follow it quickly and easily.

 

     Damages

     Beewise​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
